Supervisor signing a procedure on the phone at the bedside Hospital competency form auto-filled with evaluator signatures Attestation PDF with individual supervisor signatures Dashboard with procedure counts and progress bars Two-tap procedure logging grid

Signed off at the bedside

Hand the phone to your attending — they confirm the standard competency elements and sign right there, timestamped. Only what they tick is recorded, and self-attestations are labelled as such. Your attestation PDF shows every individual signature.

Two-tap logging

Tap the procedure, tap save — at the bedside, in seconds. Role and ultrasound guidance tracked the way committees actually ask.

Progress you can see

Set credentialing targets and watch counts fill. "8 of 10 central lines, 6 with ultrasound" at a glance.

Fills your hospital's forms

Fillable PDFs are filled field by field, exactly where the form says each value belongs. Anything else: Auto-Fill places your details beside the labels it reads and fills the evaluator table with the supervisors who signed, real signatures included — and never guesses where a mark goes.

Signature-ready PDFs

Attestation summaries with every individual signature embedded, plus standards-aligned templates: a hospital-style US-IV competency record, an ultrasound credentialing tally, and FPPE-friendly validation.

Every procedure

19 one-tap tiles, 60+ more in search, and custom entries for anything else. Frequently used procedures surface automatically.

PHI-safe images

Attach ultrasound stills for documentation — photos taken in the app never reach your camera roll, and on-device scanning proposes redactions you review before anything saves.

Travels with you

Completed, signed documents live in your vault and go where you go. Built for locums and anyone who credentials repeatedly — your record does not end when a job does.

Nothing leaves your phone

No account. No server. No analytics. The App Store privacy label says "Data Not Collected" — because there's nothing to collect.

For attendings, locums clinicians, NPs, PAs, nurses, and residents who want a copy that outlasts the program's software. Logging, signatures, targets, and CSV export of your full log are free forever. ProcVault Pro (PDFs, templates, form filling, images) is $24.99 once, or $9.99 a year.

Proof that follows you

Your residency case log ended the day you graduated. Everything since — as an attending, a locum, an NP or PA — is yours to document. And every new hospital, every privileging renewal, every FPPE review asks the same thing: how many, how recently, and who signed off. No institutional system tracks that. ProcVault does, and it belongs to you.

1. Log at the bedside — two taps, with role and technique (ultrasound guidance, video laryngoscopy) recorded the way committees actually ask.

2. Get signed on the spot — hand your phone to the supervisor; they confirm the standard competency elements (indication, consent, identifiers, landmarks, sterile technique) and sign, timestamped and bound to that exact procedure. Only what they tick is recorded. Documenting your own procedure is labelled a self-attestation, because that is a different claim. Busy attending? The dashboard keeps an awaiting-signature list for next shift.

3. Let the app fill the paperwork — import or scan your hospital's own form. If it is a fillable PDF, ProcVault fills the form's own fields, each value placed exactly where the form declares it belongs. Otherwise Auto-Fill puts your details beside the labels it reads and fills the evaluator table with the supervisors who signed — initials, names, and their actual signatures. It never guesses where a mark goes.

4. Carry the proof forever — completed, signed documents live in your vault and travel with you to the next site. Travelers and locums never start from zero again.

All of it on-device. No accounts, no servers — nothing to breach.

Common questions

Where is my data stored?
Entirely on your device. ProcVault has no servers and no accounts. Deleting the app deletes all data.

How do image redactions work?
Images are scanned on-device and detected text is blacked out before saving. You review every redaction — always verify no patient identifiers remain.

How do I restore a Pro purchase?
Profile → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.

Missing a procedure?
Log anything via “Something else…” on the Log tab, and email us so we can add it for everyone.
